It is unclear at this point why the server crashed." Most other hosting services would either deny a problem or simply say, "Fixed." | We have found Webmasters to be the ideal place to host our site, since we do not want the hassel (and costs) required to do inhouse hosting. This means that we can focus on our business instead taking that time to clear the house of hackers, spammers and so. Also, their tech/customer support has answered all our questions in less than 1 hour (timed since im very picky about times). About the downtime, all this year its been 0 to my knowledge and based on the comments/complaints of the employees. Cheers and keep up the good work. |

| As any business knows, there are times that you don't recieve your invoices on time to pay all your bills. Keeping your webserver up keeps your clients and having it shut down by not paying it on time can ruin a web business. Unlike big hosting companies, webmasters care about my clients being hosted on the server they provide me. The billing department is great working with me during trying times and showing graditude being with webmasters for over 7 years. Any large company renting servers would of shut me off after the due date instead of extending service helping me and my business to continue. Thank You Webmasters and please keep your caring personal service because if you don't I don't think there is another company out there that will.
