I can't sing Paul Schultz's praises loudly enough. We have migrated to the new php7 server. Our migration was complicated by the number of sites we have and by the configuration of our directories and files.

I am a full-time volunteer for our non-profit organization, providing state-wide IT support. Because of the demands that would be placed on a volunteer, my IT friends had all advised me to avoid taking on the migration. They have also predicted it would fail. There are days and there are days, and this was one of *those* days. I was hurriedly shoe-horning a Python test into a day already to filled with too many other tasks and kept getting a 500 error.

C. Schmidt (tactfully) asked one simple question: Had I checked my error log? I hadn't--and I know to!

Anyway, I checked the log, googled the error and had the issue fixed within 5 minutes. It's really nice to know that even when one forgets to do something one should have done, it's met with good humor.
