After working with more than a dozen hosts over 25 years, none have even come close to the customer service & tech support at Webmasters.com. After 18 years of hosting multiple accounts here, I have found that problems are generally resolved within minutes from friendly and knowledgeable support people, and the same people have been here for many years which says a lot about the stability. |

| I have recently transferred a couple of domains and 3 websites to Webmasters.com. Naturally, there were a number of configuration adjustments that needed to be made during the switch; most I could do myself through the comprehensive control panel, some required adjustment by support staff and one looked to be impossible. However, the support staff were extremely helpful throughout and John DeSantis in particular was nothing short of tenacious in his work to solve the problem.
