I'm not one that usually writes testimonials, or even send in compliments on comment cards... but once in a while, I am blow away by the quality of service. Web Masters is worthy of me taking my time to write this.

You guys don't have a high enough option in your "How are we doing?" drop box. "Your Service is excellent" just doesn't do you all justice.

In this day and age of "Oh I don't care, its just an internet customer, they'll figure it out on their own".. You all stand head and shoulders above the rest.

Ive had VERY few issues that weren't self-induced - and all of my problems have been addressed by you... even if I caused it. Fast responses, a message center that is on top of things... If there is ever a service outage of any kind, the message center lets me know that you know and are working on it. And the one time there was an email server problem, and it wasn't on the message center, in the 5 minutes it took for me to send you an email from another account, and receive your reply, it was already fixed and your reply explained what happened and told me it was fixed.

How many companies do you know of, that responds to a service problem, ON CHRISTMAS DAY? Web Masters does... I was out of town, on a Motel ISP/WiFi and could not send emails via POP/SMTP. Turned out to be an ISP/Firewall issue with that connection. A couple emails and some port changes later, I was sending emails... just before I sat down to Christmas Dinner.

Honestly, I can't believe the customer support and service that I get from you all... it seems to defy the natural order of society. Keep it up. I can't say enough good about Web Masters. I've been astonished with the service from day one, and the longer I use them, the service just gets better and better.

My main experiences have been with John and Sterling. AWESOME PEOPLE!! Willing to help, listen to the problem, and fix it.

You really need a choice to select "Your service is Excellent", very good does not quite say how great it really is. Of the dozen or so hosts I have dealt with, Webmasters clearly has the best support. They also have the quickest response time I have seen and when you really need help, that means a lot. I can not express enough how fantastic Mr. C. Thomas has been. He has gone above and beyond to ensure that our migration to a shared server was successful.
Ticket numbers S-060628202A and S-060627259T 6/29/06 with our migration there where a number of advanced challenges and great effort was made to insure our migration was successful. I have been using Webmasters.com for many years and have seen it grow at a pace that puts Webmasters.com on the cutting edge at every turn. Agents like Mr. Thomas that go the extra mile build customer faith and loyalty.

Fair pricing and awesome features provided by Webmasters.com stands out however, the support services provided by webmasters.com continue to be the main element that keeps webmasters.com at the very top of my list. There should be an option to choose Outstanding Service, excellent just isn't good enough to describe the service here. After working with more than a dozen hosts over 25 years, none have even come close to the customer service & tech support at Webmasters.com. After 18 years of hosting multiple accounts here, I have found that problems are generally resolved within minutes from friendly and knowledgeable support people, and the same people have been here for many years which says a lot about the stability.
