| I wanted to send this note to praise one of your employees. Her name is Jeannie H. in Support. I have to tell you that she has saved my life on at least two occassions. Each problem was very complex and took a lot of skill, knowledge and a desire to go that extra mile to help out a customer in need. She was so helpful, even when she had to explain computers 101 to me so that I could comprehend the troubleshooting, and solutions to my computer support issues. She always called back in a timely manner if I could not get to speak to her directly. Each issue nearly caused panic on my end but she always came through for me and managed to put me at ease at the same time. As we all know, computer support problems can be some of the most frustrating problems in the world, especially when one's company livelihood is involved. | The "how are we doing" rating should be upgraded with a new rating that states: "Your service is outstanding!" I have been a webdevloper, webmaster and internet marketing professional for over 10 years, using different registrars and webhosting organizations, and I have yet to discover a webhosting service organization that tops the customer support dedication and the control panel software I have been provided at my fingertips. I never had the feeling that I was just another datafield in their client database. I have ended my search looking for a better deal for the websites I build and manage for the profit and non-profit organizations I work for, because I have found my "home" on the web at Webmasters.com. |
