New Webmail Released - 12/29/2008
We are proud to release our new 4Mail™ webmail system, optimized for high
volume users. It was built for speed, capable of processing and displaying
25,000 or more messages in a single folder in under 5 seconds utilizing a
standard DSL or cable Internet connection. Opening messages with large
attachments also takes seconds, as if you were using a desktop email client.
Features include auto mail sorting into collapsible nested folders, ability
to download mail from multiple POP accounts, send mail from external SMTP

Upgraded Spam Filter Released - 5/1/2008
After months of development and testing, our new and improved Spam Filter has finally been released. The new filter has been
redesigned to reduce the number of false positives while continuing to accurately identify most spam messages. By using more of a logic based
approach rather than focusing on the words used in messages, our new system is able to accurately identify most spam through our Auto Updating Default
Rules, and does not require constant user input to report spam. A new scoring system has been implement to put each spam on "trial", awarding both
bad points and good to each message to arrive at a score which tells the probability that the message is spam. This innocent until proven guilty
approach virtually eliminates false positives, and lets the user control the level of filtering. Another advantage is that all spam is filtered at the server, eliminating
the need to download it for local filtering. We have tested this application with the highest ranked anti-spam solutions offered by others, including Cloud Mark, which costs $49 per year, and found that it performs as good or better in most cases.
If you are still using a 3rd party anti-spam solution, there is no better time to switch, as our solution is included free with hosting.

RSS Manager Released - 11/29/2007
Our new RSS Manager enables finding, displaying, and managing RSS feeds. After a feed is found, it can be configured to be displayed on any webpage by pasting one line of
JavaScript code. This allows news feeds and other syndicated content to be added in minutes without any programming.

BackupMail™ Released - 5/17/2007
With BackupMail™, our new proprietary email backup solution, you will not lose incoming messages even if your mail server is down. This
new utility enables your incoming email to be automatically stored on a remote backup (BackupMail™) server in the event your primary mail server is unreachable. The BackupMail™ server will then poll your
primary server every 15 minutes indefinitely, until it is available, at which time all messages stored during the downtime are delivered. For
maximum redundancy, the BackupMail™ server is located in our Charlotte, NC backup data center, and is hosted on a separate network than your primary
mail server.
Access Control Utility Released - 2/28/2007
Our new Access Control utility enables the creation and management of multiple control panel users under one account. Access to each control panel
function can be set for individual users based on their needs and position within an organization. For example, a user who is in charge of email
administration can have access only to email management utilities, but no other function of the control panel. To access this feature, click on the
Access Control icon in your control panel.
