I am a IT consultant for a company in USA. My goal was to set up the server for creating a wiki for students books for the domain www.knowledgewithoutlimits.com.
When I discussed with the client, they were hesitant and finally they gave me a time limit of a week to set up this server. I selected www.webmasters.com they were initially hosting on www.bluehost.com. I had to justify a few more dollars. It was a difficult situation.
22nd Jan 2007 I got a confirm order at 6:00 pm India time and when I talked with webmasters they installed the server for me in 10 minutes. I started uploading and testing. Finally I came up with some technical issues for rendering math symbols dynamically using LaTex.
23rd evening I got an email from support, They did it. I am very much pleased with the services of WebMasters. I will always host the most complicated and technical site with them.
This is my 4th consecutive year with them. I am sure I will keep it going for a long long time...
I have never seen such a service with any web hosting company.
