Each problem was very complex and took a lot of skill, knowledge and a desire to go that extra mile to help out a customer in need. She was so helpful, even when she had to explain computers 101 to me so that I could comprehend the troubleshooting, and solutions to my computer support issues. She always called back in a timely manner if I could not get to speak to her directly. Each issue nearly caused panic on my end but she always came through for me and managed to put me at ease at the same time. | There should be an option to choose Outstanding Service, excellent just isn't good enough to describe the service here. After working with more than a dozen hosts over 25 years, none have even come close to the customer service & tech support at Webmasters.com. After 18 years of hosting multiple accounts here, I have found that problems are generally resolved within minutes from friendly and knowledgeable support people, and the same people have been here for many years which says a lot about the stability. |
