I had a non-standard request to change my hosting account to another domain since I was changing my main domain name to suit my new stage. name.
Support agreed this with no quibble, no extra charge and with full guidance which steps I needed to take.
They were helpful at every step of the way.
It turned into quite a long thread (19 replies) and several support members replied at different stages, including L. Sterling, Paul Schultz, F. Harber, and some anonymous people only known as "Client Services Team".
However, the help was seamless and the approach consistently friendly and enthusiastic. Using Webmasters support is a comfortable experience, you are confident that they understand the problem and will have it resolved for you quickly and with no fuss.

I've tried others. There is nothing beyond Webmasters.com. Webmasters.com always has support for the latest Server Side Scripting languages, such as php (with all of the most popular extensions), asp, coldfusion, and more. The servers are fast with very little downtimes.

I was worried when you had a hardware failure on server 44 today. One of my domains went down which receives a signification amount of traffic and serves and signification amount of advertising. Every Webmaster understands that hardware failure is almost impossible to prevent, but when it happens you want to know your sites come back online without data loss.
I want to commend the person or persons at Webmasters.com involved in fixing this issue. We lost no data and everything is up and running like new. Thanks for your hard work and we want you to know we appreciate it. For as long as I need a host, Webmasters.com will be the place. |

As of 2025, Webmasters.com has hosted our website for well over 20 years. We have had the most remarkable POSITIVE experience with them imaginable. Their expert technicians have been there to help us with whatever we needed with little or no waiting. Their response time to any inquiries or concerns is almost instantaneous. Recently, we upgraded to a new, faster server at no extra cost to us! Their staff made the migration smooth and without any issues.
