| Our all vounteer art league had to redo an ineffective website. As you might imagine, a high percentage of our membership is very computer iliterate. Linda was wonderful, helping us to put all needed elements into our site, including a member's art gallery with shopping cart, on-line class registration, on-line newsletter and so much more. She is incredibly responsive and understanding, making many (oops we didn't think of this) kind of changes with great patience and also, guiding us through the maintenance of the site. I had some difficulty renaming and then relocating my website, and the support team responded in real time - sometimes within 5 to 10 minutes of my email request for help. As of 2025, Webmasters.com has hosted our website for well over 20 years. We have had the most remarkable POSITIVE experience with them imaginable. Their expert technicians have been there to help us with whatever we needed with little or no waiting. Their response time to any inquiries or concerns is almost instantaneous. Recently, we upgraded to a new, faster server at no extra cost to us! Their staff made the migration smooth and without any issues. Frankly, I seldom give recommendations; however, on a scale of 1 to 10... they are off the chart! They also have the best prices.
