| I had called customer service to ask a question, and ended up leaving a message. I anticpated it being 2-3 days before I recieved a call back. Much to my surprise I recieved a call concerning my question within 10-15 minutes. My question was fully answered in detail, and the rep/tech was very knowledgable and helpful. He made sure that I had fully understood before hanging up. In this era of automated service centers and decreasing customer service, it is nice find a company that has excellent customer service. |

We had used many web hosts before. Everytime, we cancelled our contract and moved to a new host simply because they didn't take their business as serious as we take our website. We moved our web page to webmasters.com on Jan 2003, since then we had no problems. Finally we found the web host that takes our job as serious as if it was their own.
Webmasters.com support team is very friendly and on the spot. When we came across with a crisis in Sept 2004 because of an unfortunate accident, they went the extra distance and gave us the opportunity to fix the problem with almost real-time email dialogs.
