| I wanted to send this note to praise one of your employees. Her name is Jeannie H. in Support. I have to tell you that she has saved my life on at least two occassions. Each problem was very complex and took a lot of skill, knowledge and a desire to go that extra mile to help out a customer in need. She was so helpful, even when she had to explain computers 101 to me so that I could comprehend the troubleshooting, and solutions to my computer support issues. She always called back in a timely manner if I could not get to speak to her directly. Each issue nearly caused panic on my end but she always came through for me and managed to put me at ease at the same time. As we all know, computer support problems can be some of the most frustrating problems in the world, especially when one's company livelihood is involved. | I have recently transferred a couple of domains and 3 websites to Webmasters.com. Naturally, there were a number of configuration adjustments that needed to be made during the switch; most I could do myself through the comprehensive control panel, some required adjustment by support staff and one looked to be impossible. However, the support staff were extremely helpful throughout and John DeSantis in particular was nothing short of tenacious in his work to solve the problem. Through his and their hard work the impossible was made possible and my 3 sites and 2 email domains are up and running better than ever. I shall be actively recommending webmasters to anyone who'll listen! |
