| Having switched mobiles from a Blackberry to an I phone I encountered a problem which seemed unsurmountable in being unable to delete e-mails?
Having trawled around a few retail stores and speaking to their technicians, nobody was able to help, including an Apple store! When I checked in with Webmasters, and this was on a Sunday afternoon, within an hour the problem was solved . | There should be an option to choose Outstanding Service, excellent just isn't good enough to describe the service here. After working with more than a dozen hosts over 25 years, none have even come close to the customer service & tech support at Webmasters.com. After 18 years of hosting multiple accounts here, I have found that problems are generally resolved within minutes from friendly and knowledgeable support people, and the same people have been here for many years which says a lot about the stability. |
