| I can't sing Paul Schultz's praises loudly enough. We have migrated to the new php7 server. Our migration was complicated by the number of sites we have and by the configuration of our directories and files.
I am a full-time volunteer for our non-profit organization, providing state-wide IT support. Because of the demands that would be placed on a volunteer, my IT friends had all advised me to avoid taking on the migration. They have also predicted it would fail. However, because of Paul, I am thrilled to say that my friends were 100% wrong! Consistently, Paul was knowledgeable, kind, patient, responsive, encouraging, and willing to teach me about server-side software as we went along. With Paul's support, the migration was completed with only a few minor issues - all of which were easily resolved. In the current world of IT support, it is unusual for a company to provide the opportunity for a support analyst to truly own the client's support request from beginning to end. Most often, you are handed off to whoever is next up. Paul was there with us every step of the way. Paul is a support ROCKSTAR and I can't say enough about how wonderful he has been to work with. | I've used your services on and off since probably around 2004/2005ish. I switched once, because I was given a great promotional offer; leaving was a mistake! I'd rather have EXCELLENT service, and a steady price that I know won't change, and I don't think has for the last 17 years...WOW!
And I haven't even mentioned their support yet! Their support is nothing short of incredible! I'm usually given an answer within hours, IF NOT minutes. In the last 17 years, there's only been maybe once or twice when it took a few days to get an answer. And the one time I know, was after a major upgrade, and I wasn't familiar with some of the changes - so Paul took the time to explain some questions I had, in much greater detail than he probably had to. | Webmasters are wonderful. I've never had one single problem that hasn't been rectified within, say, 15 minutes. Usually, I submit all my queries by email. Although sometimes I receive an automated response states that I should receive an answer to my query within 24 hours, I always get response within the half hour. In addition, all my email queries are 100% helpful and I never have to revisit a previously asked question. When I first joined, I had a query and chose to call the toll free number. Not only was the operator helpful and knowledgeable, they answered very quickly and provided a simple yet effective answer. |

| There are days and there are days, and this was one of *those* days. I was hurriedly shoe-horning a Python test into a day already to filled with too many other tasks and kept getting a 500 error.
C. Schmidt (tactfully) asked one simple question: Had I checked my error log? I hadn't--and I know to! Anyway, I checked the log, googled the error and had the issue fixed within 5 minutes. It's really nice to know that even when one forgets to do something one should have done, it's met with good humor. |
