My website seldom has any outages, and my email accounts the same. bugs are rare, maybe once a year ... probably less When I do have a question or problem I get rapid, complete, and courteous response. Support agreed this with no quibble, no extra charge and with full guidance which steps I needed to take. They were helpful at every step of the way.
