| The service here is always amazing! On Sunday night I was getting a 550 ftp error using Dreamwaver MX when I upload my files for a second time. I needed to determine what was going on to see if was a problem on my end or with protections on the server.
When I called, the first thing that was amazing, is that someone was there. The second thing that was amazing is the person that answered the phone was nice. And the third thing that was amazing is that the person was helpful! He took the time to try uploading my file to see if he could duplicate the problem. Ultimately, it worked fine for him. He called me back within ten minutes and gave me the results of his test which indicated the problem was on my side. I tried to ftp on my side with another program and was successful. His helpfulness pointed me in the direction to research known bugs with Dreamweaver MX. Although I have not been able to fix the problem, Dreamweaver user group does mention this problem. | Our all vounteer art league had to redo an ineffective website. As you might imagine, a high percentage of our membership is very computer iliterate. Linda was wonderful, helping us to put all needed elements into our site, including a member's art gallery with shopping cart, on-line class registration, on-line newsletter and so much more. She is incredibly responsive and understanding, making many (oops we didn't think of this) kind of changes with great patience and also, guiding us through the maintenance of the site. Each problem was very complex and took a lot of skill, knowledge and a desire to go that extra mile to help out a customer in need.
