| Webmasters, I can't thank your team enough for all their help! I am a VERY small business owner with enough technical expertise to be dangerous. I decided to re-launch my WordPress Website with WooCommerce Storefront, a WooCommerce Theme and a bundled PlugIn Package. How difficult could that be??? Well if I weren't hosting with Webmasters, it would have been a disaster. But you walked me through what I needed to do to move to an Apache 2 server and reset my PHP settings. All I had was the "white screen" with error messages that your techncial staff interpreted for me and gave me the documentation to follow. We did it together!!! Thank you WebMasters for taking it one step at a time and your encouragement! In fact, one of the support notes said "You are almost there!" which was a great encouragement to me!!!! | I've used your services on and off since probably around 2004/2005ish. I switched once, because I was given a great promotional offer; leaving was a mistake! I'd rather have EXCELLENT service, and a steady price that I know won't change, and I don't think has for the last 17 years...WOW!
And I haven't even mentioned their support yet! Their support is nothing short of incredible! I'm usually given an answer within hours, IF NOT minutes. In the last 17 years, there's only been maybe once or twice when it took a few days to get an answer. And the one time I know, was after a major upgrade, and I wasn't familiar with some of the changes - so Paul took the time to explain some questions I had, in much greater detail than he probably had to. | Having switched mobiles from a Blackberry to an I phone I encountered a problem which seemed unsurmountable in being unable to delete e-mails?
Having trawled around a few retail stores and speaking to their technicians, nobody was able to help, including an Apple store! When I checked in with Webmasters, and this was on a Sunday afternoon, within an hour the problem was solved .
