Linda was wonderful, helping us to put all needed elements into our site, including a member's art gallery with shopping cart, on-line class registration, on-line newsletter and so much more. As of 2025, Webmasters.com has hosted our website for well over 20 years. We have had the most remarkable POSITIVE experience with them imaginable. Their expert technicians have been there to help us with whatever we needed with little or no waiting. Their response time to any inquiries or concerns is almost instantaneous. Recently, we upgraded to a new, faster server at no extra cost to us! Their staff made the migration smooth and without any issues. Frankly, I seldom give recommendations; however, on a scale of 1 to 10... they are off the chart! They also have the best prices. They really give FREE Support 24x7x365, as advertised, and they give that support quickly. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. They have never disappointed us!

I've used your services on and off since probably around 2004/2005ish. I switched once, because I was given a great promotional offer; leaving was a mistake! I'd rather have EXCELLENT service, and a steady price that I know won't change, and I don't think has for the last 17 years...WOW!
And I haven't even mentioned their support yet! Their support is nothing short of incredible! I'm usually given an answer within hours, IF NOT minutes. In the last 17 years, there's only been maybe once or twice when it took a few days to get an answer. And the one time I know, was after a major upgrade, and I wasn't familiar with some of the changes - so Paul took the time to explain some questions I had, in much greater detail than he probably had to.
