Recently I had a small issue with FTP and Ryan resolved it right away after a single email. It really is a nice to be able to work with the same people year after year. There are days and there are days, and this was one of *those* days. I was hurriedly shoe-horning a Python test into a day already to filled with too many other tasks and kept getting a 500 error.
C. Schmidt (tactfully) asked one simple question: Had I checked my error log? I hadn't--and I know to!
Anyway, I checked the log, googled the error and had the issue fixed within 5 minutes. It's really nice to know that even when one forgets to do something one should have done, it's met with good humor. |
