I was worried when you had a hardware failure on server 44 today. One of my domains went down which receives a signification amount of traffic and serves and signification amount of advertising. Every Webmaster understands that hardware failure is almost impossible to prevent, but when it happens you want to know your sites come back online without data loss.

Service is always good however I have a request. Since you have no shell access we are required to do everything through your control panel. As I'm sure you know this is very tedious. Having shell access would really be great especially for file and database management and especially since your file manager has some serious limitations. The most serious limitation is the way the "copy" function works. It doesn't behave the same as a UNIX or dos copy and will not overwrite files but merely puts a "copy_of" in the directory. For doing upgrades it's useless.
Can I get shell access? If not can you PLEASE fix the copy command in your file manager.

Their expert technicians have been there to help us with whatever we needed with little or no waiting. Their response time to any inquiries or concerns is almost instantaneous. Recently, we upgraded to a new, faster server at no extra cost to us! Their staff made the migration smooth and without any issues. Frankly, I seldom give recommendations; however, on a scale of 1 to 10... they are off the chart! They also have the best prices. They really give FREE Support 24x7x365, as advertised, and they give that support quickly. I can wholeheartedly recommend them. They have never disappointed us!

I had some difficulty renaming and then relocating my website, and the support team responded in real time - sometimes within 5 to 10 minutes of my email request for help.
