| I have recently transferred a couple of domains and 3 websites to Webmasters.com. Naturally, there were a number of configuration adjustments that needed to be made during the switch; most I could do myself through the comprehensive control panel, some required adjustment by support staff and one looked to be impossible. However, the support staff were extremely helpful throughout and John DeSantis in particular was nothing short of tenacious in his work to solve the problem. Through his and their hard work the impossible was made possible and my 3 sites and 2 email domains are up and running better than ever. When one friend wanted a page transferring from an old host to webmasters.com - he needed a specific data page designed and built.
Webmasters.com web design department performed this in record time and exactly to specifications.
Anyone who approaches me for hosting services, I direct them to webmasters.com - I am not a reseller, nor do I receive commissions for any hosting services sold... I use them myself at my own site and never had a problem or issue arise.

| Webmasters are wonderful. I've never had one single problem that hasn't been rectified within, say, 15 minutes. Usually, I submit all my queries by email. Although sometimes I receive an automated response states that I should receive an answer to my query within 24 hours, I always get response within the half hour. In addition, all my email queries are 100% helpful and I never have to revisit a previously asked question. When I first joined, I had a query and chose to call the toll free number. Not only was the operator helpful and knowledgeable, they answered very quickly and provided a simple yet effective answer. |
