There are days and there are days, and this was one of *those* days. I was hurriedly shoe-horning a Python test into a day already to filled with too many other tasks and kept getting a 500 error.
C. Schmidt (tactfully) asked one simple question: Had I checked my error log? I hadn't--and I know to!
Anyway, I checked the log, googled the error and had the issue fixed within 5 minutes. It's really nice to know that even when one forgets to do something one should have done, it's met with good humor. |

I've used your services on and off since probably around 2004/2005ish. I switched once, because I was given a great promotional offer; leaving was a mistake! I'd rather have EXCELLENT service, and a steady price that I know won't change, and I don't think has for the last 17 years...WOW!
And I haven't even mentioned their support yet! Their support is nothing short of incredible! I'm usually given an answer within hours, IF NOT minutes. In the last 17 years, there's only been maybe once or twice when it took a few days to get an answer. And the one time I know, was after a major upgrade, and I wasn't familiar with some of the changes - so Paul took the time to explain some questions I had, in much greater detail than he probably had to.

| I think it would be almost impossible to exceed the support, as well as the response time, that I received from Webmasters.com. I had some difficulty renaming and then relocating my website, and the support team responded in real time - sometimes within 5 to 10 minutes of my email request for help. Any person, in need of a host site, definitely needs to know about Webmasters.com. It simply doesn’t get any better than this company. |

| You really need a choice to select "Your service is Excellent", very good does not quite say how great it really is. Of the dozen or so hosts I have dealt with, Webmasters clearly has the best support. They also have the quickest response time I have seen and when you really need help, that means a lot. Highly recommended. |

I develop websites full time and work with a variety of personalities and levels of competence in the support field. Leann is excellent. I enjoy talking with her as she is down to earth, thorough and professional.

When I have a problem with any of my client's websites, I go to Leann as much as possible for her knowledge of troubleshooting - she works fast and handles problems well. I'm not one that usually writes testimonials, or even send in compliments on comment cards... but once in a while, I am blow away by the quality of service. Web Masters is worthy of me taking my time to write this.
You guys don't have a high enough option in your "How are we doing?" drop box. "Your Service is excellent" just doesn't do you all justice.
In this day and age of "Oh I don't care, its just an internet customer, they'll figure it out on their own".. You all stand head and shoulders above the rest.
Ive had VERY few issues that weren't self-induced - and all of my problems have been addressed by you... even if I caused it. Fast responses, a message center that is on top of things... If there is ever a service outage of any kind, the message center lets me know that you know and are working on it. And the one time there was an email server problem, and it wasn't on the message center, in the 5 minutes it took for me to send you an email from another account, and receive your reply, it was already fixed and your reply explained what happened and told me it was fixed.
How many companies do you know of, that responds to a service problem, ON CHRISTMAS DAY? Web Masters does... I was out of town, on a Motel ISP/WiFi and could not send emails via POP/SMTP. Turned out to be an ISP/Firewall issue with that connection. A couple emails and some port changes later, I was sending emails... just before I sat down to Christmas Dinner.
Honestly, I can't believe the customer support and service that I get from you all... it seems to defy the natural order of society. Keep it up. I can't say enough good about Web Masters. I've been astonished with the service from day one, and the longer I use them, the service just gets better and better.
My main experiences have been with John and Sterling. AWESOME PEOPLE!! Willing to help, listen to the problem, and fix it.

Fair pricing and awesome features provided by Webmasters.com stands out however, the support services provided by webmasters.com continue to be the main element that keeps webmasters.com at the very top of my list.
