Frank at webmasters.com was very helpful when he explained the steps that I needed to take to use the FTP control button on the panel. I was worried when you had a hardware failure on server 44 today. One of my domains went down which receives a signification amount of traffic and serves and signification amount of advertising. Every Webmaster understands that hardware failure is almost impossible to prevent, but when it happens you want to know your sites come back online without data loss.
