| You really need a choice to select "Your service is Excellent", very good does not quite say how great it really is. Of the dozen or so hosts I have dealt with, Webmasters clearly has the best support. They also have the quickest response time I have seen and when you really need help, that means a lot. Highly recommended. |

| I have recently transferred a couple of domains and 3 websites to Webmasters.com. Naturally, there were a number of configuration adjustments that needed to be made during the switch; most I could do myself through the comprehensive control panel, some required adjustment by support staff and one looked to be impossible. However, the support staff were extremely helpful throughout and John DeSantis in particular was nothing short of tenacious in his work to solve the problem. Through his and their hard work the impossible was made possible and my 3 sites and 2 email domains are up and running better than ever. I shall be actively recommending webmasters to anyone who'll listen! |

I'm not one that usually writes testimonials, or even send in compliments on comment cards... but once in a while, I am blow away by the quality of service. Web Masters is worthy of me taking my time to write this.
You guys don't have a high enough option in your "How are we doing?" drop box. "Your Service is excellent" just doesn't do you all justice.
In this day and age of "Oh I don't care, its just an internet customer, they'll figure it out on their own".. You all stand head and shoulders above the rest.
Ive had VERY few issues that weren't self-induced - and all of my problems have been addressed by you... even if I caused it. Fast responses, a message center that is on top of things... If there is ever a service outage of any kind, the message center lets me know that you know and are working on it. And the one time there was an email server problem, and it wasn't on the message center, in the 5 minutes it took for me to send you an email from another account, and receive your reply, it was already fixed and your reply explained what happened and told me it was fixed.
How many companies do you know of, that responds to a service problem, ON CHRISTMAS DAY? Web Masters does... I was out of town, on a Motel ISP/WiFi and could not send emails via POP/SMTP. Turned out to be an ISP/Firewall issue with that connection. A couple emails and some port changes later, I was sending emails... just before I sat down to Christmas Dinner.
Honestly, I can't believe the customer support and service that I get from you all... it seems to defy the natural order of society. Keep it up. I can't say enough good about Web Masters. I've been astonished with the service from day one, and the longer I use them, the service just gets better and better.
My main experiences have been with John and Sterling. AWESOME PEOPLE!! Willing to help, listen to the problem, and fix it.

Just a quick note to say thanks to John DeSantis and your other admins.
I am doing the web admin duties for a small missionary group and they (we) have been having a lot of trouble with their current hosting provider (no names needed). They told me that they have recently had days worth of email go missing, constant site instability, and I have been unable to access their ftp site now for over a week.
When they called their hosting provider to discuss these issues, they said they were put on hold for 3 (you read that right THREE) hours before they had a human appear and "help" them with their problem. Not surprisingly, the problem still exists. Emails to their host often do not receive a reply for several days, or they only get automatic responses with unhelpful advice.
In comparison, the Webmasters.com admins are always quick to respond when I send in a trouble report. I usually have whatever problem that I have noted solved in under an hour.
When I told this missionary group about how the Webmasters.com admins handle problems, they asked if I would transfer their account over to you. I'm waiting for the domain transfer to go through right now, but when it does, I will be opening up another hosting account for this group.
So thanks again to John, Curran, J. Marquand, and the others in your support group. As this other hosting provider demonstrated, anyone can host a site; just plunk a server down and load Apache in. What sets Webmasters.com apart is how you deal with clients when they are having problems that makes the difference. |
