I had a non-standard request to change my hosting account to another domain since I was changing my main domain name to suit my new stage. name.
Support agreed this with no quibble, no extra charge and with full guidance which steps I needed to take.

It turned into quite a long thread (19 replies) and several support members replied at different stages, including L. Sterling, Paul Schultz, F. Harber, and some anonymous people only known as "Client Services Team".

My physical server at Webmasters.com was sometimes slow, with spiky errors ... something really difficult to capture but that was disturbing the service that we provide.
In a matter of hours Webmasters.com support staff detected the problem, isolated the source of malfunction and fixed the issue. Now our domains are back, up and running.
