We had used many web hosts before. Everytime, we cancelled our contract and moved to a new host simply because they didn't take their business as serious as we take our website. We moved our web page to webmasters.com on Jan 2003, since then we had no problems. Finally we found the web host that takes our job as serious as if it was their own.
Webmasters.com support team is very friendly and on the spot. When we came across with a crisis in Sept 2004 because of an unfortunate accident, they went the extra distance and gave us the opportunity to fix the problem with almost real-time email dialogs. We are finally relaxed to know that we have a friend in hosting business. |

| I wanted to send this note to praise one of your employees. Her name is Jeannie H. in Support. I have to tell you that she has saved my life on at least two occassions. Each problem was very complex and took a lot of skill, knowledge and a desire to go that extra mile to help out a customer in need. She was so helpful, even when she had to explain computers 101 to me so that I could comprehend the troubleshooting, and solutions to my computer support issues. She always called back in a timely manner if I could not get to speak to her directly. Each issue nearly caused panic on my end but she always came through for me and managed to put me at ease at the same time. As we all know, computer support problems can be some of the most frustrating problems in the world, especially when one's company livelihood is involved. | Our all vounteer art league had to redo an ineffective website. As you might imagine, a high percentage of our membership is very computer iliterate.
