We have been a client since August 2006. We lost our entire offices (and more) after hurricane Katrina in 2005. My website seldom has any outages, and my email accounts the same.
bugs are rare, maybe once a year ... probably less
When I do have a question or problem I get rapid, complete, and courteous response.
I have not carefully evaluated the cost of my service for several years... however I have always found that webmasters is the most economical of all.
